Built for the people who supervise AI

  • Accept, correct, escalate

The agent drafts the first pass. Learners decide what to accept, what to fix and what to flag, and every call is checked against the evidence.

  • Realistic simulations

Bank reconciliation exceptions, transaction coding and month-end close, answered one question at a time and scored against a hidden answer key.

  • Verified credentials

Credentials are issued only after a firm reviewer grades the work, so a badge means someone checked it.

  • Hiring without the noise

Firms see reviewed work instead of résumés, with names revealed only when a candidate applies or shares their details.

Built for more than bookkeeping

AI agents now do the first pass on a lot of accounting work: coding transactions, matching bank lines, drafting close checklists. Someone still has to check that work, and that skill is new.

Apprentice Hub Accounting trains people to be that someone, then proves it. Learners practise on realistic files where an agent suggests treatments, and firms hire from profiles that show exactly how each candidate handled the agent's mistakes.

A strong foundation

Every simulation is scored on the server against an answer key the learner never sees until they submit. Credentials are issued only after a firm reviewer grades the work.

Public profiles never show emails, payment details, raw submissions or private notes. Firms see first name and last initial until a learner applies or chooses to share more.
